Running tips

So I noticed with my training that my shins are starting to hurt a little bit. Any tips for that?

  1. yes, freeze water in a dixie cup...then use the cup to roll over your shins for pain releive. You need to stretch more by leaning against a wall. Stand a foot or so away from a wall, place your palms on the wall and lean towards the wall keeping your heels on the ground. Hold that pose for thirty seconds, stand and release, shake it out and repeat two more times.
